What people say about our book

An intriguing and fascinating book about leadership. A really timely look at how we lead using our ego , eco and Intuitive intelligences, with an invitation to see what our blend of leadership is and how we can use all three intelligences appropriately. Very relevant and appropriate in this age of Covid where ego leadership on its own is clearly failing. Makes me want to look even more at the use of eco and intuitive intelligence in our leaders and see how they measure up......
A very useful book for anybody leading others as well as for trainers and consultants.

This is a very insightful read. It's refreshing to see an approach that is well integrated, recognises the benefits and shadow sides of leadership styles and provides practical suggestions on building the agility to move between each. The personal stories are engaging and add a human touch to the academic framework. I appreciated the concept of the benevolent ego which balances the usual perspective of ego = bad and found the chapter on creating an agile culture thought provoking and especially relevant in the current context. Highly recommended.
